This enthralling sequel to Black City is just as absorbing, delicious and steamy as the first book, leaving readers hungry for the series conclusion.

Review:

Dit 2e deel gaat gelijk verder waar het eerste is opgehouden en het wordt steeds spannender.
Ash en Natalie kunnen eindelijk laten zien dat ze bij elkaar horen maar dat is helaas van korte duur; Nathalie doet een ontdekking die haar doet besluiten Ash te verlaten.
Ondertussen worden ze opgejaagd door de Sentry maar een 2e groep tegenstanders heeft zich daarbij aangesloten en het wordt steeds moeilijker ze voor te blijven.
En een nieuwe bondgenoot voegt zich bij hen, iemand waarmee Natalie een kort verleden heeft en die bij Ash de haren recht overeind doen staan.

Al met al is dit een erg goed 2e deel van dit ontzettend originele verhaal.
Het is spannend en heeft onverwachte wendingen
Mensen met een afkeer van love triangles hoeven ook dit keer niet bang te zijn. De samenvatting doet ons anders geloven maar het is niet wat je denkt.
